Adamo senna, also known as motherwort, is a natural laxative for constipation. 
Motherwort, also known as senna, is one of the world's most commonly used drugs as a herbal laxative. In addition, it is a component of anti-rheumatism and blood circulation-improving teas that are consuming, metabolism-enhancing, choleretic, skin-cleansing.

Dosage: 
The usual dose is 1-2 grams of leaf powder or chopped leaves boiled in 2.5 dl of water. Due to its drying effect, be careful with fluid intake.

Warning:
In larger doses, it can cause unpleasant stomach cramps as a side effect. Long-term or large consumption is not recommended. The mother leaf irritates and dries the mucous membrane, so its consumption is not recommended in case of inflammations, alimentary canal ulcers, dehydration, weakened, diarrheal conditions, or spasms. It has a particularly harmful effect on wounds and ulcers of the stomach and intestines. 
It is not recommended for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children under 12 years of age!
