This textbook also provides help and guidance to those who are frightened by the battle with themselves. The first part deals with the personality of the students, and whoever spends his study time with diligence and zeal will become a completely different person than before. His fate is determined by karma in accordance with the causal law, but he can largely control his development. You will notice with amazement how much power your thoughts have, you will notice with joy that you are no longer a walking, humble person who can be tossed here and there by blind powers, as you were before, you will feel that you can enter the struggle for existence protected and armed. At the end of his life, he will have control over his power, which, if used correctly, will make his life free and pleasant, protect him from suffering, illness and all kinds of troubles. It overcomes the realization that man is not at all so defenseless and capable of successfully overcoming all dangers; he will see all the evils of the Earth lose their power against him. The second chapter is for those who feel that they are not satisfied with the time they have put in, even with the efforts they have made, and want to fight selfish people.
