A fenevad board game SMBEASTRS

Fenevad is a board game set in a mystical northern wilderness, where people must protect their settlements from fearsome beasts. One player takes on the role of a Fenevad, a monstrous creature that hunts and hides from the others, while the remaining players cooperate as hunters. The beast wins if a set number of settlers are killed, while the hunters win by slaying the creature or holding out until reinforcements arrive.

Each game can be varied with different scenario contracts, character tables, ability cards and movement cards, as well as a map with habitat markers and a hidden-movement setup with screen and minimap. The rulebook recommends starting with the scenarios "The Great Cleansing" or "The Attack on the Northern Settlements". Standard contracts are available online, and players can also create their own.

The box includes 6 hunters, 6 beasts, a double-sided game board, 46 ability cards, 48 movement cards and 65 painted wooden figures. Suited to indoor play for teenagers and older, it rewards strategy, bluffing and teamwork.
