This tea blends roasted Tartary buckwheat with the juicy freshness of mango and ripe peach. The warm, nutty character of the buckwheat gives the fruit a grounding base, resulting in a dessert-like tea experience that is caffeine-free and unsweetened, suitable at any time of day.
It can be enjoyed both cold and hot. Served over ice, it makes a refreshing drink for summer, while a warm cup suits the colder months. Each portion can be steeped several times, so a 100 g pack yields up to 50 to 60 cups.
To prepare, steep one teaspoon (5 g) in 200 ml of water and let it infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. A single portion can be brewed 2 to 3 times.
