Zebra 220Xi4 high performance industrial barcode printer

Zebra's Xi4 series is the top category of barcode printers. There is no other printer that can be loaded like these, even 24 hours a day. The devices are primarily designed for heavy-duty industrial applications and special labeling tasks that require exceptional reliability.

The mechanics and casing of the printers are made entirely of metal, the internal moving parts are practically maintenance-free. There is no cooling fan in any of the Xi series, the generated heat is dissipated using metal elements, thanks to which the inside of the devices does not get dusty

All printers include the network interface driver as standard, i.e. the internal print server. It is globally accessible via the built-in Web server, and can be programmed and controlled via a browser. The error message during operation can be directed to any computer or mobile device in the form of an electronic mail.

Unlike traditional printers, all Zebras have a built-in ZPLII programming language supported by SAP R/3 V4.6c or higher, so Xi printers can be printed in the same way as a conventional laser. The printer also prints label designs written in XML. This is how we can adapt our label printer to the ORACLE WMS and MSCA environment.

The widest printer of the Xi series is the 220Xi with a resolution of 203 dpi or 300 dpi, with which we can print labels up to 216 mm wide, i.e. up to A4 size. In addition to one- and two-dimensional barcodes, the printed labels can have graphics, logos and any font set. The UNICODE font set for European and Middle Eastern languages ​​is pre-loaded in the printer, and Far Eastern languages ​​are also available as an option. The flat print head and the energy equalization system per pixel E3 guarantee a perfect print image every time, whether it is the first label or the ten thousandth. The improved LCD display and LED row on the front panel inform you about the current printing status and possible error messages. The control buttons are easy to use and available in several languages.
