Filter attenuation
With application of 4 m2/l:
- At 1 GHz: One layer 43 dB | Two layers 50 dB | Three layers 54 dB

In case of application of 8 m2/l:
- At 1 GHz: One layer 36 dB | Two layers 43 dB | Three layers 48 dB

Top layer
It can preferably be covered with water-based emulsion paint bound with plastic, dispersion silicate paint or silicone resin paint. It can be properly covered with water-based emulsion paint, dispersion silicate paint or silicone resin paint.

Frost resistance
This product is frost resistant (proven for 5 freeze/thaw cycles) and can be shipped year-round by air freight or ship.

Components
Water, potassium silicate, natural graphite, carbon black, pure acrylic dispersion, additives, NO preservatives.

No nanotechnology
We develop our ridge paints according to strict ecological criteria. For example, we use the lowest emission carbon black and untreated natural graphite available on the market. We deliberately do not use graphene, a nanomaterial whose dangerous potential is still completely unknown.

TÜV-SÜD certification
Our shading paints are inspected by TÜV-SÜD. The entire production process, including quality control, emission behavior and economical use of preservatives, is monitored. You can find the certificate in the downloads above.

Grounding
This product with an electrically conductive surface must be incorporated into the functional-equipotential bond (FEB). The appropriate grounding accessories can be found under "Grounding". It must be grounded! We recommend the GSX ground strap and the GS/GF ground plate indoors.

Shadow attenuation HF & LF
This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). Unless otherwise stated, the given dB values ​​refer to 1 GHz. Measurement between 600 MHz and 40 GHz according to ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006. This product shields low-frequency alternating electric fields (LF) with an electrically conductive surface.

Laboratory and expert report on shielding attenuation up to 40 GHz
Years ago we invested in our own professional EMV laboratory. We use it not only to prepare our laboratory screening report, but also to check each batch on a daily basis. In addition, we have all our products checked by an independent, recognized expert. Double checked for double safety. You can find the above reports in the downloads.

It's ready for 5G
Some companies offer "special" 5G products. These products overshadow all 5G frequencies, even without advertising it! In all shielding diagrams, you will find two gray bands with the 5G frequency spectrum FR1 (600 MHz - 6GHz) and FR2 (24 GHz - 40 GHz).
