      XtendLan SM 1550nm / 1310nm WDM optical SFP module is a tool to increase or extend the network distance. It is used for this purpose to connect network equipment (routers, switches, etc.) over longer distances.

      This module supports most products that have an SFP connector that conforms to the Gigabit Ethernet port standard. Its steel housing ensures durability and an aesthetic appearance.

      The device meets MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) specifications, which means it is compatible with most network devices that support SFP modules. This allows users to safely use this module in many different devices.

      The module uses two light wavelengths: 1550 nm TX and 1310 nm RX. The maximum data transfer rate is 1.25 Gbit/s, i.e. Gigabit Ethernet speed.
