Spices must be freshly ground to retain their full aroma, as their volatile oils are released during grinding. WMF has developed the Ceramill® spice grinders, which are equipped with a long-lasting ceramic grinder. The degree of grinding can be infinitely adjusted so that the spice reaches the desired consistency. Spice grinders have a glass container that allows you to check the content level at a glance. The tank can be easily filled and washed in the dishwasher. In all spice grinders, the grinding mechanism is on top, so it does not leave marks on the dining table. In addition, the aroma cover protects the grinding mechanism and preserves the fresh aroma of the spices.
