Product description
- The two-pole voltage tester, which is subject to the general VDE standard and gives reliable results, is suitable for more professional use (compared to the single-pole voltage tester). It is used in low-voltage areas, but is suitable for both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). Unlike the non-contact single-pole voltage tester, the two-pole voltage tester can detect the absence of voltage in electrical systems, so that work can be carried out on them.
- In addition to the voltage test, continuity tests, optical rotating field tests, single-pole tests and automatic polarity detection are also possible. Some models also allow resistance and frequency measurement. The two-pole voltage tester is independent of grounding, so that different external conductors can be tested in the three-phase voltage network.
- The residual current circuit breaker can also be released using an RCD button and its functionality can be checked.
- The two-pole voltage tester turns on automatically by touching the two measuring contacts. The two test tips are then brought into contact with two different potentials (for example, two wires). The measured voltage or voltage level is then displayed on an LED display.
- The voltage and continuity tester offers the option of single-pole phase testing, visual display of the rotating field, and automatic polarity detection
- Covers a large voltage range (12-1000 V AC; 12-1500 V DC)
- Checking the release of the FI relay by pressing two load buttons
- During the measurement, the existing voltage can be easily read on the 8-level scale
- Fast one-handed testing on sockets thanks to the 19 mm contact distance
- Thanks to the built-in measuring point lighting, the two-pole voltage tester is also suitable for working in a poorly lit work environment
- Measurement category: CAT III (up to 1000 V) / CAT IV (up to 600 V)
- Applied standards: IEC 61243-3:2014; IP64; CAT III/IV
- Cable length: 1.2m - The voltage and continuity tester offers the option of single-pole phase testing, visual display of the rotating field, and automatic polarity detection
