With the classic use of crimping pliers, there is a risk that the wire end sleeves get stuck in the pliers or the crimping is done incorrectly. Unnecessary cable and ferrule waste can be avoided with the automatic crimping pliers with a hexagonal press. The pliers have a large crimping range between 0.08 - 16 mm² and thus combine two crimping pliers in a compact form in one tool. This crimping tool covers most applications. Thanks to the hexagonal crimping, it is possible to avoid that wire end sleeves remain on the pliers. Furthermore, the guidance aid provides additional process safety by preventing crimping of the plastic jacket. Thanks to the automatic crimping function, the pliers are suitable for both empty sleeves (up to 16 mm²) and twin sleeves (up to 10 mm²). In addition, the flexible and shock-absorbing plastic handles guarantee comfortable, fatigue-free work. An integrated lever allows the crimping operation to be manually interrupted at any time.
