WDYK RCBO POW 10A 2P is a two-pole (1P+1N), single-phase, electrical cabinet DIN-rail mounted smart combined circuit breaker, max. With a nominal capacity of 10A, with a built-in consumption meter.

This is a two-pole product version that interrupts both the phase wire and the neutral wire.

This product version is a combined circuit breaker, i.e. a device that includes both the functions of a circuit breaker and a circuit breaker (i.e. RCD), thus providing both short-circuit and overcurrent protection, as well as earth-fault current protection. Colloquially, it can also be known as a combined circuit breaker or circuit breaker with overcurrent protection, but its official, standard name is: circuit breaker with built-in overcurrent protection.

This type is also equipped with a consumption meter, so it works not only as a classic circuit breaker, but also as a smart consumption meter.

The 10A power is the maximum physical capacity of the device, but it can be set in the eWeLink app to shut down the device in the event of any overvoltage, overcurrent or overpower, so it can also be used as a small circuit breaker with a lower power. Thanks to the overvoltage setting function, it can also be used for overvoltage protection to protect the controlled circuit.

In terms of the switching and power consumption measurement function, the device, which is similar to the Sonoff POW R3 relay, but can handle much more power, also works with the eWeLink app and, like the POW R3, it also has built-in overvoltage protection, protecting the connected electrical device. It works from an AC supply, it can be used to close and break the circuit, i.e. it can be used as a remotely controlled relay to turn on/off connected circuits or high-power electrical devices, such as saunas, electric heating systems, etc.

The WDYK device is connected to the same eWeLink smart home platform via the Wi-Fi router as the Sonoff or SmartWise devices, so the devices of these brands can be well combined with each other. The smart circuit breaker connects directly to the Wi-Fi router, it does not need a local central unit or hub.

You can set a push message notification in the eWeLink app for switching on and off, so you can request a message on your phone when the circuit breaker is released. With the help of its built-in small motorized switch, it can be turned on and off remotely via the Internet, not just by hand on the device.

With the maintenance mode lock button on the circuit breaker, both smart functions and manual switching on can be disabled, so both local switching on and remote or timed switching on can be prevented during the maintenance of the electricity network.

Using the eWeLink App running on an iOS (Apple) or Android mobile phone with an Internet connection, you can remotely control the device and even set a timed switch on/off. Of course, the device also has a physical switch, similar to what is found on traditional circuit breakers. Remote access can be shared with other users.

The WDYK brand - like Sonoff and SmartWise devices - uses the eWeLink app, so it can be well combined with Sonoff's smart electrical devices.

Its consumption meter shows the current consumption, and daily and monthly statistics are also available in the mobile App. And with a consumption stopwatch, you can also measure the data from start to finish. The measured consumption data can also be downloaded to your mobile phone in CSV format. With the smart device, not only remote switching and timing can be solved, but it is also excellent for understanding and optimizing our electricity consumption.

It can be specified in the eWeLink app for the unit of electricity, so you can also display the consumption value.

It displays not only current consumption, but also current voltage and current data, overvoltage protection can be set (parameters can be specified individually).
