This unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar carries the Demeter certification and has an acidity of 5%. It is made by a traditional process without heating. Freshly, directly pressed apple juice is first fermented into apple wine, from which the distinctly tart apple cider vinegar is then obtained. The sole ingredient is 100% apple cider vinegar from biodynamic farming, with no additives.
The vinegar is ideal for seasoning salads. Diluted with mineral water and, if you like, sweetened with honey, it also makes a refreshing drink. The bottle contains 750 ml.
