Improving eye hydration ensures that the whites of the eyes look more intense again, as hydration reduces the irritation effect on the eyes and relieves the associated redness. Vizik LUMINA pharmaceutical hyaluronic eye drops also contain patent blue V dye, which
it temporarily reduces the slight redness and yellowish discoloration of the eye and makes it brighter. Due to its preservative-free nature, Vizik LUMINA eye drops with pharmaceutical hyaluronic acid are well tolerated. Application: To open the bottle, completely remove the safety ring by pulling the prefabricated tab (1). Then lift the cap (2) by pulling it upwards. Tilt your head slightly back, look up and gently pull the lower eyelid away from your eyes. Hold the bottle with the dropper opening facing downwards and drip 1-2 drops 3-5 times a day (3 + 4) into the conjunctival sac with a strong, prolonged pressure of the container. Close your eyes slowly so that the liquid is evenly distributed over the surface of the eye. Due to the special, sterile air filter system of the bottle, it is necessary that a few seconds pass without pressure touching the bottle after each use, so that enough air can flow in again. Without this waiting time, further use is difficult. During application, the opening of the dropper should not touch your eyes or touch them with your hands. Any drops that are still at the dropper opening should be removed by gently tapping the bottom of the bottle. Then put the cap back on the bottle with slight pressure (5).
Furthermore, due to physical reasons, it is necessary to exert a little more pressure during instillation, when the bottle starts to empty. If your symptoms worsen or do not improve, consult an ophthalmologist.

Precautions and Warnings
- Do not use if the bottle or safety ring is damaged.
- Do not touch the eye with the dropper opening of the bottle.
- Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
- In very rare cases, the use of eye drops may cause irritation to the very sensitive eye or eyelid. The following symptoms may occur in the eye: redness, pain, burning sensation, stinging, itching, swelling, foreign body sensation.
- If you wear contact lenses, they must be removed before use and can only be put back in 15 minutes after use.
- If you also use other eye drops/ointment, you must use them 15 minutes apart. Vizik LUMINA eye drops should always be used last.
- Do not use on infected or damaged eyes.
- Visual acuity may decrease temporarily after use; in this case, do not drive or operate machinery, wait until normal visual acuity is restored.
- Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date. This is embossed on the label and box.
- After first opening the bottle, do not use the product for more than 12 months.
- Important information for sufferers of severe corneal damage: In very rare cases, calcium phosphate deposits on the cornea have been reported during the use of eye drops containing phosphate.
- Due to the special, innovative sterile filter system of the dropper insert, a small amount always remains in the bottle.
- Regular use is recommended to ensure unlimited drip capacity.

- Before using the eye drops, protect your clothing to avoid discoloration.
