Viking VSR18 outdoor LED solar light with motion sensor

This solar-powered outdoor LED light with motion sensor is designed to illuminate fences, entrances and terraces. A monocrystalline solar panel charges the built-in 3.7 V / 7.4 Wh lithium-ion battery, which takes around 6.5 hours to recharge. According to the manufacturer, a single charge keeps the light running for more than ten days even in poor weather.

The light offers three operating modes. In mode M1 it provides a base output of 100 lm and increases to 1000 lm when motion is detected. Mode M2 switches on only when movement is sensed, at 1000 lm for 10 seconds, while mode M3 gives a steady 300 lm for six hours. The PIR sensor detects movement across a 120° angle at a range of up to 5 metres.

The unit uses 20 LED 2835 light sources and carries IP54 protection, so it withstands rain and dust. It is intended for mounting at a height of 3 metres and weighs 540 g.
