Except for extruded products, Vidal rubber sugar is gluten -free.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, gelatin, invert sugar syrup, lactic acid, citric acid, jelly (pectins), flavors, acidic (sodium citrate) Fruit and vegetable concentrates: saffron, lemon, radish, blackcurrant, (Carnuba wax, beeswax), dyes: E100, E133, E160C.
