Veres Attila - A reality helyreállítása

The same city, but not the same world. We exist side by side in it, but in different realities.

Attila Veres, the domestic master of horror and weird literature and an internationally recognized author, returns with a new volume of short stories almost five years after the cult-like Midnight Schools. In these stories, demonic possession is an epidemic; love is a dog bite; comedy is terrible - and reality is only a matter of faith.

Restoring reality is about states of disintegration. Lives and communities, beliefs and worlds are torn apart in it. We, like the characters, are looking for our place in this fragmented world, and if we don't find it, we disappear into nothingness.

In the fourteen articles of the volume, Veres seeks answers to the most urgent questions of our time regarding the interpretation of the world. However, the stories are about us and the country we live in - or often just exist. The boundaries between ecstasy and horror, reality and fiction, novel and short story book, horror and fiction are blurred on the pages.
