Vegital Rainbow vegetable drink maker - the most colorful rainbow

The 1.8 liter Rainbow product line is Vegital's flagship device. It is the miracle machine with the largest capacity and the most functions, which is already available in 6 colors. We recommend the device to everyone (mostly families of 3-6 people) who for some reason cannot or does not want to drink milk, but would like to replace it with some alternative. The device is multifunctional, so you can prepare not only vegetable "milk", but also all kinds of healthy drinks and food with just one push of a button.

Making plant-based milk substitutes is in your "little finger", you just have to think about what ingredients you want to make the desired drink from!

The device - like all Vegital machines - is very easy to operate. The device cooks and grinds the raw materials - with the exception of the soup maker in pieces (does not grind) and the Juice program (does not cook) - so there is no need for pre-cooking or steaming, almost everything can be put into the container of the device as it is. If you are making a plant-based drink, feel free to add raw rice, shredded coconut, or even harder almonds, as the extra fine grinding feature of the machine will mash all the ingredients. For vegetable or fruit-based foods and drinks, you only need to cut the raw material into smaller pieces.

The inner container of the device has a unique non-stick coating layer in Europe, i.e. the non-stick surface, which in most cases not only prevents possible burns, but also facilitates cleaning. We put a lot of emphasis on ensuring that the non-stick material we use does not contain any substances harmful to health, so it is Teflon-, lead- and cadmium-free, recyclable and does not pollute the environment either.

Programmes:

1. Milk substitute drinks from soy, grains, seeds - dry program (30 minutes)

This program specializes in harder seeds (mainly soy). It can be used to make our drink from any other seeds, but for ingredients that soften easily, this device also includes a gentler function (Five Grain), which is better to use for those.

2. Milk substitute drinks made from soy, grains, seeds - pre-soaked program (30 minutes)

It is similar to the previous one, but apply it to pre-soaked soybeans and seeds. Thus, if you soak the soybeans and seeds for a couple of hours, then pour off the water and put them in the device, you will get a creamier, softer drink!

3. Five Grain, mixed seed/cereal drinks (30 minutes)

Mix the seeds and grains to your liking and make the drinks exciting! If you want something special, cook for example vanilla, rice, almond coconut milk, the family will love it! A gentler program than the first two, it raises the temperature more slowly and keeps it near 100 degrees for a shorter time.

4. Organic program (30 minutes)

A gentle program that operates at 40°C, so the enzymes and vitamins in the food are not cooked during the program. This is very good news, but this program should be handled with some caution: even at 40°C, bacteria do not die, so only use raw materials for this program that are grown in your own garden, but at least from a reliable source. If you use other raw materials, clean them thoroughly beforehand, maybe soak them, or subject the surface to a quick heat treatment (toasting)!

5. Piece soups (40 minutes)

Make chicken ragu or strawberry soup with chunks of soup, the whole family will love it! A fixed, 42-minute program that cannot be interrupted. All ingredients must be put into the container at the same time, flavored, poured with water or stock, and the cooking can start differently.

6. Cream soups (30 minutes)

Creamy soups are becoming more and more fashionable in our country, but we often don't start them because we know in advance: the finished dish still needs to be ground with a stick mixer. Of course, in this case, the hot juice usually splashes onto the kitchen counter, the wall, and onto the clean dishes. You don't have to be afraid of that anymore! Just throw the chopped vegetables/fruit into the container of the device, season to your liking, then pour water up to the indicated mark! The device cooks and grinds the ingredients at the same time, so you have nothing to do with it! Try the broccoli, cauliflower, roasted pepper cream soup, they are all amazingly delicious!

7. Baby food, sauces (30 minutes)

The baby food and sauce program shows the versatility of the device, making it a perfect choice for both young and old! Make carrot-baked pumpkin baby food or applesauce, but you can also cook perfect sauces with this program, which you can serve with meat, for example!

8. Corn drinks, jams (30 minutes)

The two names are very different, in fact, they have nothing to do with each other, but with this program you can make a perfect corn drink and even fruit jam. Corn drink - although not yet as popular in our country as in Asia - is very delicious, whether it is made from fresh or canned corn. And we already know and love fruit jam.

9. Porridges, thickeners, cream substitutes (30 minutes)
