    Citric acid (Content min. 99.5%), granules

    Can be used: for making syrup, soft drinks, jam, fruit wine, preserving pickles, preserves, softening water.

    Application and dosage: When canning, vegetables and fruits placed in citric acid water retain their original color and flavor, and remain crisp and fresh tasting. The amount of citric acid according to taste (3-4g/kg for preserves and pickles, 2-4g/L for fruit juice) is dissolved in water and added to the preparation. It can also be used as a substitute for lemon juice, in which case 1 tablespoon of citric acid corresponds to 10 tablespoons of lemon juice.

    Storage: Store in a dry, cool place protected from sunlight.
