The UNI-T UT12D-EU is a compact non-contact voltage detector that identifies AC voltage in cables, sockets, switches and electrical equipment without requiring direct contact with live parts. This makes the first check quicker and safer.
The device detects voltages in the 90 to 1000 V AC range and signals their presence with both an audible alert and an LED indicator, so the warning remains noticeable even in noisy surroundings or poor lighting.
Weighing just 50 grams, it sits comfortably in the hand and is simple to operate. It is suited to electrical installation work, fault finding and the inspection of electrical systems.
