It includes different trial sizes to help you find the ideal ring size for optimal comfort and accurate health monitoring. Made from lightweight, high-quality material, the kit ensures a seamless fit before you choose your final ring. Perfectly coordinated with the Ultrahuman app, the smart ring can accurately track your fitness and health data - anytime, anywhere.

First, determine the size

Ultrahuman ring sizes differ from standard ring sizes. First, purchase a sizing kit to find your perfect AIR ring size. The AIR ring is available in 10 sizes from 5 to 14.

Trying on the sizing ring

It is important to first determine the size of the AIR ring with the sizing kit. Wear the ring sizer for at least 24 hours to determine your fit. Wear the ring with the engraved size number facing the palm of your hand.

Finding the right finger

For optimal comfort and advanced sleep tracking, we recommend wearing the ULTRAHUMAN AIR ring on your index, middle, or ring finger.

Check fit

You get the most accurate data and optimal comfort with a properly fitting Ultrahuman ring. There are a few simple ways to assess this - If you rotate the ring on your finger, it should not rotate freely.
