The Ultrahuman smart ring records the steps taken and calculates the approximate amount of calories burned. The PPG sensor measures heart rate throughout the day to determine heart rate variability (HRV), which is key to understanding your body's recovery and readiness for exercise. In cooperation with the application, the smart ring can create an image of the body clock that shows the correlation between a stimulus, such as exposure to light, food or exercise, and changes in the body's circadian rhythm.
