Correct dosage (measuring spoon in the box): 1 portion made with milk: 4 measuring spoons (35 g) of milkshake powder mixed in 300 ml of 1.5% fat milk. With vegetable milk: 1 portion = 5 measuring spoons. Among vegetable milks, we do not recommend rice milk due to its higher carbohydrate content.

How to use:

During a diet, it is usually advisable to have 4 meals, but if you are under 165 cm and feel excessively full, the snack can be omitted. For men over 180 cm, ten hours (around 11 a.m.) is also recommended, and in addition to intensive sports, before and after training, an extra half-and-half portion of IdealBody® milkshake.
