35mm is the favorite focal length for documentary/street photography. It has neither the exaggeration of the 28mm nor the mediocrity of the 50mm. Thus, you can integrate more elements into the image and enhance the mood of the image.

Equipped with a metal focus ring, it greatly improves handling when focusing through the rangefinder.

The high-brightness f/1.4 maximum aperture is beneficial for working in low-light conditions and allows for greater control over depth of field.
