The TP-Link Deco BE22 is a three-unit whole-home mesh system based on Wi-Fi 7, designed to provide consistent wireless coverage throughout a house. It offers a dual-band connection with speeds of up to 3600 Mbps, according to the manufacturer: 2882 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 688 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. Each unit includes two Gigabit LAN ports for wired connections to computers, game consoles or televisions.

The system can use both wired and wireless backhaul between units, which can improve transfer performance and reduce latency. Multi-Link Operation (MLO) sends and receives data across several bands and channels at the same time, while AI-driven roaming keeps connections seamless as you move around the home.

TP-Link HomeShield adds network protection, parental controls and real-time security for IoT devices. The Deco BE22 is backward compatible with earlier Wi-Fi generations and works with most internet providers and modems.
