What is this publication?

The purpose of the English language graduation exam is to measure communicative language skills, i.e. to determine whether the candidate is able to achieve their communication goals. The exam consists of a written and an oral part and measures the four basic language skills (reading and listening comprehension, writing skills and speaking skills) as well as grammatical and lexical competence.
The new intermediate level German baccalaureate exam corresponds to level B1 of the European Framework of Reference.

Our matriculation preparation publication was written with the aim of helping students preparing for matriculation to take the exam with confidence. Our revised volume introduces you to all the secrets of the exam, in accordance with the changes made in 2017. Its unique novelty is that we add a free application to it, with the help of which students can access additional materials.

How to use it?

In the introductory section, we have collected useful information: the exam description and preparation ideas.
In the second part, there are 10 complete test series, in which each of the exam type tasks occurs several times.
The third part contains the solution keys for the sample problems, based on which students can check their problem solutions and plan how they should work to understand the individual sub-problems.
