Product description
PCIe Gen 5.0 is ready! Designed with a native PCIe 12+4-pin modular connector, the Toughpower GF3 series is designed for next-generation PCIe 5.0 graphics cards and is compatible with Intel ATX 3.0 specifications. The fully modular Toughpower GF3 series offers 1650W, 1350W, 1200W, 1000W, 850W and 750W and 80 PLUS Gold efficiency. Aiming for the best performance, Toughpower GF3 1200W includes all critical features such as < 30mV low ripple noise design, ultra tight voltage regulation < ±2%, hold time > 17 milliseconds and 100% high quality Japanese capacitors. and other premium components to ensure continuous and stable performance.
Fully compatible with Intel PSDG ATX 3.0 specifications
The Toughpower GF3 series is fully compliant with Intel ATX 3.0 specifications, supporting up to 200% power dissipation, achieving 70% low-load efficiency, and meeting the required power supply timing standards. The GF3 series can maintain up to 3x GPU performance offset and 2x overall performance output.
Built to match the latest graphics cards
As the power consumption of graphics cards has increased, so have their power requirements. The GF3 series is designed to support NVIDIA and AMD graphics cards, ready to supply the graphics card according to different connection methods.
PCIe Gen 5.0 is ready
The Toughpower GF3 1200W Gold features a 16-pin connector that offers powerful and stable performance, allowing the PSU to naturally run next-generation GPUs.
Ultra quiet Smart Zero fan
Designed with a Smart Zero fan, the fan will not spin until the load exceeds 30% of the power supply, minimizing fan noise.
30 mV low ripple noise design
Top quality build quality with low ripple noise. All ripples are lower than 30mV at +12V, +5V or +3.3V from 0% to 100% load to ensure stable operation and power critical components to operate reliably for longer periods of time.
Extremely tight voltage regulation ±2%
Voltage regulation, tighter than Intel's standard of +5%, -7% for main rails and ±10% for -12V, is set to a maximum of ±2% for main rails, providing exceptional voltage stability for continuous provides clean performance.
Fully modular, low profile flat cable
It offers users a choice of cables while supplying the system with a beneficial voltage. The low profile flat black cable makes cable management easier, reduces clutter and increases airflow inside the case.
100% high quality Japanese 105°C/221°F capacitors
It offers great durability and maximum stability while remaining reliable.
High current Single +12V Rail & High Class Technologies
A strong single +12V rail provides adequate power for best compatibility. LLC and DC-DC circuit design provide very stable operation and enhanced voltage regulation.
Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan
It has a 135 mm liquid bearing fan that guarantees excellent cooling performance.
Ready with 80 PLUS Gold rating and Intel C6/C7 states
The high-performance GF3 series saves energy thanks to its energy efficiency of up to 90% and is 80 PLUS® Gold certified. The series is optimized to work with all generations of Intel processors for maximum energy savings.
CYBENETICS - EFFECTIVENESS LEVEL CERTIFICATE - GOLD AND PLATINUM
For the Toughpower GF3 1200W efficiency level, CYBENETICS GOLD is certified for 115V and PLATINUM for 230V input. Full efficiency rating is ≥87% to <89% of 115V input, ≥89% to <91% of 230V input. There are six ETA certificates covering an efficiency range of 82%. In addition to the overall efficiency of the power supply, the ETA takes into account the overall power factor, the efficiency of the 5VSB rail and the power consumed by the unit in standby mode (also known as phantom power).
CYBENETICS - NOISE LEVEL CERTIFICATE - STANDARD
Toughpower GF3 1200W is CYBENETICS STANDARD certified for noise level. There are seven noise level certifications, from dead quiet power supplies (<15pc[A]) to quiet, noisy ones (>40pc[A]). We use robust methodology and state-of-the-art equipment to measure PSU noise over the entire operating range, from near-zero noise output to full load.
