The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme 2 is a premium thermal pad designed to transfer heat from RAM modules, CPUs and GPUs to the heatsink. Measuring 100 x 100 mm with a thickness of 1.5 mm, it suits a range of computer components. The grey material offers high thermal conductivity, helping heat move efficiently between the electronic parts and the cooler.

No curing is required, so the pad is straightforward to fit and easy to replace if needed. The material is electrically non-conductive, which makes it safe to use close to sensitive electronics.

The pad weighs 58 grams and comes as a single piece in the package.
