Tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)

Contains 40% terpinen-4-ol and 20% gamma-terpinene
Melaleuca alternifolia is a 6 meter tall plant that grows in Australia. The essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the tea tree by a steam distillation process, which begins when the tree is 1.5-1.8 meters high: it takes approximately 18 months to 2 years for a new harvest. The main component of Australian tea tree oil is terpinen-4. The quality criteria include, among other things, the amount of terpinen-4-ol - the tea tree oil we use has a 40% terpinen-4-ol content, which exceeds the 30% content set by international organizations. The tea tree oil used in our product also contains 20% gamma-terpinene.

Grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi Macfad.)
