The Tasty Me gluten-free triple chocolate cake mix is made for true chocolate lovers. The mix is gluten-free, palm oil-free and contains no hydrogenated fats, which makes it a suitable choice for health-conscious bakers.
Preparation is simple: all ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix the contents of the bag with 135 g of soft butter and 150 g of egg (3 medium eggs) at medium speed for 3 minutes, then bake in an 18 to 20 cm tin at 170°C (160°C fan) for about 40 to 45 minutes. For cupcakes, the baking time is 18 to 20 minutes.
Main ingredients are sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder (9%), dark chocolate chips (3%) and white chocolate (2%). Contains milk and soy, and may contain traces of egg and tree nuts.
