This gluten-free vanilla ice cream mix lets you make smooth, flavourful ice cream at home, even without an ice cream maker. The blend offers a delicate vanilla taste and is entirely gluten-free, palm oil-free and made without hydrogenated fats.

Preparation is simple: pour the mix into a bowl and add either 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of whipping cream for an extra creamy texture, or 400 ml of milk for a standard texture. Mix for about 3 minutes with a food processor, then transfer to a freezer-safe container and chill in the freezer for around 4 hours.
