This gluten-free ice cream mix in strawberry flavour lets you make ice cream at home without an ice cream machine. The mix is gluten-free and contains no hydrogenated fats, making it a considered choice for anyone who enjoys a treat with a carefully chosen recipe.
Preparation is simple. Pour the mix into a bowl and add either 200 ml of milk and 200 ml of whipping cream for an extra creamy texture, or 400 ml of milk for a standard texture. Mix with a stand mixer for about 3 minutes, then transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours.
