    This Tasty Me gluten-free flower cream mix is a tort cream and decorating cream base sold in a 300 g pack. It is designed for making flower-decorated cakes and floral muffins. Preparation is simple: mix 150 g of the powder with 100 ml of water, let it rest, then whip it with 180 g of soft butter. Food colouring can be added to achieve any shade you need.

    The cream is suited to piping flowers through a piping bag and covering cakes. It is free from palm oil and hydrogenated fats, which makes it a sensible choice for mindful shoppers.

    Ingredients include sugar, dextrose, corn and potato starch, skimmed milk powder, coconut oil and flavourings. The product contains milk protein and may contain traces of egg, soy, tree nuts, mustard and sesame.
