Tasty Me gluten-free yellow food colouring gel is a concentrated paste that gives fondant, marzipan, dough, sugar, water and isomalt a vivid, bright yellow colour. It is also suitable for tinting creams such as buttercream, whipped cream and instant cream, and it is heat-resistant up to 200°C, so it can be used in sponge cakes and basic doughs as well. Adding more colour gives a deeper shade, while less gives a lighter one.

The paste is easy to portion: use a toothpick to add it directly to the base ingredient, then mix thoroughly until evenly coloured.

The maximum dosage is 5 g of colouring per 1 kg of finished product. Once opened, it can be used for 60 days; store it in a dry, cool place and keep it away from children. The product is not for direct consumption and should only be mixed into food. Net weight 30 g.
