Tasty Me red food colouring gel is a gluten-free colourant that gives cakes, tortes and other desserts an intense, fire-red shade. Its concentrated formula means that even a small amount is enough to achieve a striking effect, without altering the taste or texture of the food.

The gel is ideal for colouring fondant, marzipan, buttercream, whipped cream, sponge and basic doughs. It is heat-resistant up to 200 °C, so it can also be used in baking. The depth of colour is easy to control: more colour gives a darker shade, less gives a lighter one.

Use is simple: take a small amount of the colour paste out of the jar, for example with a toothpick, and mix it directly into the ingredient you wish to colour. The maximum dosage is 3 g per 1 kg of finished product. Once opened, it can be used for 60 days.
