    Tasty Me blue food colouring gel is designed for baking and cooking when you want vibrant, precise shades. Its gluten-free formula makes it suitable for a wide range of uses, including fondant, marzipan, doughs, water and icing.

    The colour strength is easy to control by adjusting the amount of gel you add, from deep navy to a soft baby blue. Use a toothpick or a small spatula to take a little from the 30-gram jar and mix the colouring directly into your base ingredient.

    Important information: the maximum dosage is 3 g of colouring per 1 kg of finished product (Regulation 1333/2008/EC). Once opened, it can be used for 60 days. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for direct consumption.
