Product description
With the help of the flour mixture, we can easily make low-carbohydrate, gluten-free, dairy-free, yeast-free, unleavened bread, buns, cakes, pizza, scones, as well as savory or sweet pastries, bagels, as well as pancakes and sponge cakes.
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, bamboo fiber flour, sesame seed flour, vetiver seed husk flour, coconut flour, sweet potato flour, bulking agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)
Bread ingredients (for 435 gram bread):
• 200 g Gluten-free, low-carb bread flour mixture
• 4 g of Szafi Fitt Himalayan salt
• 35 g of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 20 g Szafi Reform liquid coconut oil
• 4 M eggs
• 75 g warm water (but not hot!)
• it can be further flavored with dried spices, seeds, and onions to taste
• approx. + 5 g flour mixture for kneading
Preparation:
Process the egg, water, lemon juice, salt and oil with the kneading spiral stem of the robot machine, then add the flour and continue to process for 1.5-2 minutes.
(Of course, you can also work by hand, but the finished bread will be denser and flatter).
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. (You should get a slightly sticky dough, which will come together after resting.)
Knead it on a floured surface and shape it into bread.
Brush the top with oil, then cut as desired with a sharp knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then at 180 degrees for another 30 minutes (without stirring!).
5 buns, muffins, and baguettes can be made from the above recipe, but the baking time will be shortened to 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
Leave to cool on a wire rack, then slice. Contains naturally occurring sugars. Contains no added sugar!
