Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, drinking water, sweet potato flour. It only contains salt due to the natural presence of sodium.

*Preparation suggestion:

Put the dough for approx. into ten times the amount of boiling (flagging) salted water and cook for 4-6 minutes without a lid (cooking time may vary depending on the strength of the hob, the amount of pasta and the size of the pot). Stir a couple of times during cooking, or use a filter paddle to remove the resulting foam. After cooking, filter and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Recommendation: Cook in more water than traditional pasta. Do not cook more than 1 package (200 g) of pasta at a time, because the foam produced during cooking can easily run out. The nutritional information provided does not include salt added to the product as a flavoring.
