Product description
Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, low-fat nokedli that can be easily torn or easy-to-stretch homemade pasta can be made from the flour mixture.
We do not use products of animal origin for our products, so the Szafi Free product line is vegan, free of contamination.
Ingredients: Buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, millet flour, sorghum flour, plantain flour. Contains no added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
Suggested use: Nokedli recipe:
Ingredients (for 1 serving, 210 grams):
• 75 g of Szafi Free buckwheat nokedli and homemade pasta flour mixture
• 2 g of salt
• 90 g lukewarm water
Preparation:
Mix the salt into the lukewarm water, then add the 75 grams of flour mixture and mix it with a spoon in quick movements.
Let the nokedli rest for at least 10 minutes, then boil salted water.
When the cooking water has boiled, save it, add the nokedli pasta (in the traditional way), then raise the heat and boil the water (approx. 1-2 minutes). After boiling again, lower the heat again and cook in bubbling water for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, filter and rinse with cold water.
Note: When making HOMEMADE PASTA, the recipe changes! We can prepare it by adding 140 g of flour mixture, 2 grams of salt and 80 grams of water!
