Szafi Free Meatless oatmeal base (gluten-free) 300g

An easy-to-prepare vegetable meatloaf base with pre-set seasoning. Soft, juicy, rich flavor, guaranteed gluten-free and vegan product. Contains no added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Ingredients: gluten-free oats (oatmeal, oat flour, oat flakes) (75%), brewer's yeast flakes, minced meat spice mix (salt, sweet paprika, red onion, cumin, black pepper, garlic, parsley) (5%), red onion granules, garlic granules, salt , bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate).

Contains no added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Directions for use:

Ingredients: 100 g Szafi Free Meatless oatmeal base; 120 g hot water

Preparation:

Mix the mixture with water and let it rest covered for 30 minutes.

Then, with wet hands, form 7 meatballs from the mass.

Baking:

Heat coconut oil or cooking oil to a temperature higher than medium.

Fry for 2.5-3 minutes per side, then remove them on paper towels.

Note: when fried in coconut oil, it is recommended to prepare only one portion. When mixing multiple portions, we recommend cooking oil (e.g. paleo oil) for frying.
