This wooden plyo box is a sturdy jump platform for functional training at home, in the gym or outdoors. It suits box jumps, step-ups and other explosive exercises that build leg power, coordination and jumping ability.
Each panel is made from 2 cm thick plywood, giving the box a solid, stable base. Measuring 70 x 60 x 50 cm with a maximum load capacity of 150 kg, it offers enough security for repeated jumps, including for more advanced training.
The box has a natural wood finish and weighs about 22 kg, so it stays firmly in place during workouts. It is a durable addition to any training area.
