SVELTUS Csúszókorong 31x22 cm

Versatile sliding disc.

An intense, extremely effective form of training that not only makes you fit, but can also increase your endurance and strength.

All you need for training are the two Slide discs and your own body weight!

This type of technique has long been part of the training of elite athletes, who know that training combined with strengthening the stabilizing muscles especially increases their performance in their own sports field.

The discs can be placed under the palms, elbows, knees and soles. You can regulate the difficulty level of the exercises yourself, depending on how you use your range of motion during the given exercise.

The greater your range of motion, the more difficult the exercise. The force of friction also adds to the level of difficulty, but because of this, the regularity of the movement can be easily controlled, and due to the sliding of the discs, it is a joint-friendly training form, since there is no shaking, jumping, and running away.
