      DARK SOY SAUCE Dark soy sauce is aged longer until it reaches an almost black color and is used as a dipping sauce. If you cook with it, use it primarily when preparing beef and ragout.
      A teaspoon of dark soy sauce replaces a tablespoon of salt. We got it right, and we already use it as a flavoring in the marinade for roasts. In addition, we can also influence the color of the food to our liking.
