Instructions for use: For adult men and women, adolescents over 12 years of age (for precautions related to the application, see the "Warning" section) Preferably in the morning. Shake before use. Snap off one end of the easy-to-open ampoule above the marking (holding it with a napkin), then turn the open half of the ampoule into a glass. After that, snap off the other end of the ampoule and the contents of the ampoule will go into the glass. To be consumed alone or with half a glass of water.
