Sproud is a pea protein-based vegetable drink straight from Sweden. Yellow peas are one of the most sustainable sources of plant-based protein (a plant native to the European climate), as they require much less water and soil than almonds or oats, while being completely allergen- and gluten-free. Thanks to its creamy texture and neutral taste, it can be used as a perfect substitute for cow's milk, but without the strong aftertaste typical of plant-based drinks.
