Powerball is a great choice for strengthening and keeping your upper body in shape.
It strongly trains the arm, shoulder, wrist and fingers. Due to its small size and ease of use, it is easy to carry and can be used anywhere, for example on the tram, bus, in front of the TV, or even while sitting in traffic in a car.
The rotor just needs to be started with a cord and we can start. The stronger we are, the faster we spin the Powerball, so there will be more resistance in the fingers, hands, wrists and arms. It is also recommended for rehabilitation, ask your physiotherapist about its use!

Spartan Powerball is a basic product, it has no electrical parts, it does not light up.
