Inflation:
- Before using the fitness ball, approx. Store at room temperature for 2 hours
- Only the maximum size is approx. Pump it 2-3 cm smaller
- Let the ball stand at room temperature for two hours, thereby optimally distributing the air
- Then, if necessary, you can still blow or let it down from the ball

For inflation, it is better to use a hand pump or a foot pump. If you would still choose a compressor, then slowly inflate the gymnastic ball with it.
