The gymnastic ball is an effective aerobic equipment, improves posture, and relieves the spine and discs. The gymnastic ball is now one of the most common fitness tools, as it has a wide variety of uses. It can also be used to improve posture, in which case the gymnastic ball promotes correct posture while sitting, as the continuous and coordinated action of the trunk muscles is necessary in order not to lose our balance. It is also suitable for recreational exercises, rehabilitation after surgery, as an aid for recovery.

For optimal use, choose a ball that matches your height! In a sitting position, the knees and hips should be in line or the knees should be slightly below the hips. We only blow the ball 55 cm! Can be loaded: up to 100 kg.

Inflation:
- Before using the fitness ball, approx. Store at room temperature for 2 hours
- Only the maximum size is approx. Pump it 2-3 cm smaller
- Let the ball stand at room temperature for two hours, thereby optimally distributing the air
- Then, if necessary, you can still blow or let it down from the ball

For inflation, it is better to use a hand pump or a foot pump. If you would still choose a compressor, then slowly inflate the gymnastic ball with it.
