    Product description

    SOLIO OMEGA OIL JESSIMO OIL Contains a large amount of essential unsaturated fatty acids, unique fatty acid ratio and composition ?-3 content min. 7%, ?-6 content max. Its consumption of 7% allows for a favorable ratio (1:1) of ?-3 and ?-6 fatty acids, the content of oleic acid is exceptionally high (min. 70%). Its pleasant smell, golden yellow color is the same as that of the best sunflower oils. It can also be used cold, as salad oil, for making dressings, cooking, baking (heated to max. 170 oC).
