    Product description

    Rice paper for making fresh spring rolls.

    Ingredients: Rice 90%, water 8%, salt 2%

    To make fresh spring rolls: dip the rice paper briefly (a few seconds) in warm water (do not use boiling water as it will fall apart). When it has softened, fill it with fresh, crunchy ingredients, season it with some kind of sauce (So Thai seasoning pastes are excellent for this) and roll it up into a nice roll. Tip: choose ingredients with soft edges so they don't pierce the rice paper.

    Store in a dry, cool place.
