Product description
The Snopy SN-MW80 is a compact wireless lapel microphone designed for podcasts, streaming and video recording. It transmits audio over a 2.4 GHz link with a range of up to 20 metres. The receiver has a Type-C connector and plugs directly into modern smartphones and other devices.
The microphone transmitter runs on a built-in 70 mAh battery, which provides about 4.5 hours of continuous transmission. A full charge takes roughly 1.5 hours. The receiver can still pick up the signal while it is charging, so recording does not have to stop.
Technical specifications include a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, a sensitivity of -38 dB, a signal-to-noise ratio of -65 dB and an omnidirectional pickup pattern. The black unit weighs only 237 grams.
